Last week I was looking through the trends for Spring 2013 and one of them seemed almost effortless; black and white. I thought I'd probably have a few black and white items buried somewhere in my closet, so I went digging. Who are we kidding though, they aren't buried. I found two of the dresses above, that I still have yet to wear, for under $15. The zebra print dress I found at Target last year for $10 and the shorter bcbg art deco one was purchased at Nordstrom Rack last Spring for $13. Hard prices to beat I know.
This also a lesson on trying on a print you normally wouldn't, which is how I came home with the bcbg dress that I imagined could be worn to say an Art Show Opening.of some kind. You would be surprised at how often clothes on the hanger do not do themselves justice. Take a chance and try it on, you never know how wonderful it might end up being.
