Day & Night

When: Friday, May 31st since I was tired and wanted comfort and a little bit of sophistication.

On Friday I not only was tired I had to make it through work and then to a party that evening.  I wanted to wear something that was easy to get around in, comfortable and in between dressy and casual.  And as you all should know, this is where shoes make all the difference in an outfit.  Putting on flats for the day gives you a more functional mode of transportation to get to work and manage that laundry list of things you need to do.  Changing over the heels for the evening activities adds a little more interest and height to what you are wearing, which means you carry yourself with a bit more attitude.  My last point here is comfort and these Gap T-shirts are my go to for that since they are thin enough not to be too hot during the spring/summer months.  It's as if you're wearing pajamas, yet no one else knows and isn't that the sole purpose in life?  I thought so.
