Asymmetrical Dress

When:  A hot, hot day in late August, where the sun shined so hard the sidewalk nearly melted itself.

This asymmetrical cover up had been tucked away in my bins of summer clothes for at least a year, yearning to find a proper fit with the rest of the dress ilk.  It was a little too low in the armhole area to wear by itself and the sheerness of it made it a challenge to find the right underpinnings.  Luckily, the clothes in the bins must have had an all out brawl and this cover up and a navy blue extra long tank ended up right smack up against each other.  I took them out and hung them up together thinking, well that might work.  It did one morning, along with those darling flatforms that make me 5'7 on a good day. So the point I am getting to here is this; take a look through your closet as it is and pick out a few things that color wise fit together. or don't for that matter plaid and stripes.  If you keep doing this eventually you will hone your skills at pairing things together and you become more accustomed to taking chances, since sometimes it just works out.  Hope you have a great Friday.
